Good things come to those who wait – sometimes June 25, 2012 – Posted in: Mondays with Mona
About exactly two years ago just after the store opened (really, it’s been two years?!) I ‘met’ Handmaiden Mini Maiden at Espace Tricot for the first time. Since then I have been wanting to knit with that yarn – I just never came across the right pattern, so I put off buying it.
Enter Kieran Foley with his “Camino Bubbles”. And Mini Maiden in colour “Safari”. Wham Bam. A match made in heaven – at least in my book.

This is one of the projects that definitely need blocking. Right now it doesn’t look like much – not very bubbly at all. But I certainly enjoy (finally) knitting with this particular yarn
To knit on this I have put aside everything else I am working on – I just could not resist.

I’m trying to find a copy of the pattern. Ravelry cannot be downloaded. Can you help?

Hello!
This is not a free pattern – you can purchase a copy on ravelry here: http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/camino-bubbles or go to Kieran Foley’s website directly: http://www.kieranfoley.com/knit_lab_camino_bubbles.html
I hope that helps.
Best,
Mona
