New store sample: ZickZack Scarf (Free pattern) September 8, 2015 – Posted in: Project Ideas, Store Samples

Created in the style of iconic Italian designer, Missoni, the ZickZack Scarf by Christy Kamm is a fun and engaging project that will have you endlessly knitting “just one more row” to see the effect of the exciting colour-changing yarns.  In this project, chevrons are worked with single increases and decreases with just one pattern repeat, knit over and over. The scarf is knit with two colours of Lang Mille Colori Baby that are alternated every second row. The result is stunning!

We used:
Lang Yarns Mille Colori Baby, Colour 55 Vivid (2 balls)
Lang Yarns Mille Colori Baby, Colour 88 Fog (2 balls)

22 colourways currently in stock. Click here to browse / shop online.

Bonus: As of this month, a French translation of the pattern is also available!

We are running a 3-hour workshop for this beauty on October 14th. Alas, the class is already sold out. If you’d like to tackle this project but would like some help getting started, be sure to let us know and we’ll add your name to our waiting list. With enough interest, we’ll be happy to schedule a second workshop.
