New store sample: Melissa Scarf October 27, 2015 – Posted in: Project Ideas, Store Samples
The Melissa Scarf (how could I not knit this?) by Marla Mutch is one of the easiest, prettiest, scarves you?ll knit this season. It begins with just 3 stitches and grows with 5 simple ?e? cast on loops at the end of every row. The picot is created by casting off 3 of those 5 stitches at the beginning of every row. We love the light and lofty fabric created by Malou Light (just 2 skeins!) on a larger needle. A winsome and warm accessory wearable in many different ways. No matter how you twist and wrap it, this scarf will look beautiful. And, did we mention? It knits up in no time at all.
