In this class we’ll go beyond the basics of two-colour stranded knitting to explore advanced techniques like catching floats, ladder back jacquard, and knitting with more than two colours.

Required materials: DK-weight yarn in three colours, 16” / 40 cm 3.5mm or 4mm circular needles.
Preparation: Participants must come to class with the following prepared working swatch: Cast on 100 sts, join to knit in the round, and knit at least 1” / 2.5 cm in stockinette. If you attended the 101 class, you can bring the same sample to work with.
Pre-requisites: Level 3: Confident knitting the round and following patterns. You should have already tried two-colour stranded colourwork before: if you have no experience knitting stranded colourwork, take the intro class first!
