Little Bunnies by Julie Williams. In this class you will have a choice of doing the girl or boy bunny. This pattern is a great stash buster, if you have leftover sock yarn or fingering weight yarn. The pattern is knit flat, and all pieces are seamed afterwards. Pattern calls for DK weight yarn, however if you choose a different weight the size of your project will change in accordance (i.e. if you choose larger yarn and needles your bunny will be larger).
In this class you will learn how to knit increases and decreases to shape the body of the bunnies and their clothing, how to assemble using neat finishing techniques with tapestry needle.
Required materials: pattern for boy rabbit or girl rabbit, about 100m of fingering, sport or DK weight yarn for body, and about 60 m total for clothing. Knitting needles used can vary from 2.25mm to 3mm according to choice of yarn. You will also need a darning needle.
Pre-requisites: Level 2: knit, purl, M1, ssk, k2tog (you should be an advanced beginner or intermediate knitter to be comfortable in this class).
