SHIPPING POLICIES
Please note our shipping policies have changed as of December 29, 2023. Please read carefully!
When you purchase goods on our site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:
- In-store pickup
- Delivery with Canada Post or Discounted Delivery. (Canadian and US orders). We have recently added a discounted shipping service that will be slower than our expedited or tracked delivery options. If you are not in a rush to receive your items, save by selecting this option. We expect delivery with 2 weeks of any order, but as this service is new to us, we may update this estimate in the future.
- Delivery with various services (International orders outside the US). We will select the best tracked service for your delivery location - if none is available we will contact you.
Your order will generally be processed within three business days. Delivery times may vary due to circumstances outside of our control. Delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays. Please note that, unfortunately, Espace Tricot cannot be responsible for packages that do not arrive. International orders may be subject to customs and other fees.
If an item is out of stock or if there is a question about your order, we will contact you via email and/or telephone.
Please note: Gift Card purchases will not count towards a cart total qualifying your order for free shipping.

For delivery within Canada:
$12.00 Tracked Parcel; approx. 2 week delivery time. Not insured.
$18.00 Expedited Parcel; they are trackable and insured up to $100.
For orders of $200.00 or more before taxes: FREE TRACKED PARCEL SHIPPING!
For delivery to the Continental US:
$12.00 Tracked Parcel; approx. 2 week delivery time. Not insured.
$22.00 Tracked Parcel; fast service via Canada Post.
For orders of $200.00 or more before taxes: FREE TRACKED PARCEL SHIPPING!
For International delivery including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico:
Orders to international locations other than the Continental US are sent via the most appropriate service for your location.
$35.00 Flat Rate, Tracked
Should tracking be unavailable, or additional fees apply, we will contact you before processing your order.
Kindly note we are unable to ship to the United Kingdom at this time. Certain other countries have restrictions that mean we are unable to ship, or may require more expensive shipping: please contact [email protected] if you have any questions.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All orders placed our site are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, we will issue you a store credit. We will only offer a refund for your order if we are unable to fulfill it correctly due to any error on our part.
We are happy to accept returns on yarn for store credit within 90 days of purchase if unused, in original condition, and with the original receipt.

A store credit will be issued when your return is received. Return shipping charges are not refundable, unless your order was filled incorrectly. We cannot assume responsibility for exchanged items lost or damaged in shipping.
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns on needles, accessories, notions, or sale items.
